Every April, the Thai people joyfully celebrate the Songkran Water Festival, marking the arrival of the new year. This vibrant festival symbolizes the cleansing of past misfortunes and sins through bathing and water splashing, while also praying for peace and prosperity.
This April, in addition to our monthly community run, we are thrilled to invite Hong Kong Muay Thai trainer Melody Kan (Kan See Yan) to join us for an immersive Muay Thai experience. This event, co-hosted with Silent Fitness Asia, offers a unique opportunity to engage with the rich culture and traditions of Thailand. Participants can enjoy the excitement of Muay Thai while wearing SFA's wireless earphones.
